OBAMARAMA

Last night we attended a fund raiser for Obama. It was held at a nice bar south of market. Ross Fubini and his fiance Karen hosted the event and had around 200 people attend and I think they raised just under $10,000. Those that gave $100 to the campaign received a t-shirt. Jose chose a t-shirt that looked great in the dark bar. Unfortunately, he later noticed (once in the light) that it is pretty much see through. So he definitely has an outfit for next year's Folsom Street Fair. Karen also whipped up some state shaped cookies and some cupcakes. Overall a great event for an important cause. We are considering hosting another event to raise money to send Sarah Palin back to school.
