Again we hit the Alemany Farmer's market this past Sat and bought some gorgeous fruit. The little apple like things are called JuJuBe/Red Date/Chinese Date. They look like an apple on the inside and are nice bite size snacks. We have had them in Asia but I think they were a bit larger than the ones we purchased here in SF. The Asian pears are gorgeous and we can't get enough of the plums (pictured is the September King Plum). And best of all we purchased all of this for less than $2, amazing. Buy local!
