Senspa - Massage Paradise in the Presidio??

Our friends Judy and Paul bought us a gift certificate as a belated wedding present for massages at Senspa, the newish spa in the Presidio(thanks J & P). We both enjoyed a lovely day at the spa, and this turned out to be a real treat. Overall the place is very nice. Upon arrival you can lounge in their first lounge area and enjoy tea and chocolate covered almonds. Before your massage you can enjoy their steam room and put on a lovely robe (note the men's steam room was broken the day we were there, upsetting). Then you are off to a quiet room with a fireplace to relax pre-massage. Both of our massages were spectacular. The quality of the massage rooms was very high, with lovely music and a warmed massage table.  They also have inspirational messages on Senspa cards (see above) paced all over the spa, one of which Kelly took for her "Vision Book."  The only critique of the place is the locker rooms as they felt like a locker room at at 24 hr fitness. They need to zen them up a bit. Having said that we do plan to visit again as the massages may be some of the best in San Francisco.
