Reduced or no Corkage

My friend M Wong asked me if I knew of any restaurants that allow for corkage fee or charge no corkage fee and I was honestly perplexed. The only place we encountered an issue with corkage was down in half moon bay one thanksgiving where they were unwilling to open our bottle of rare, $150+ wine until the silly little server confirmed that the bottle was a) not on their wine list and b) the sommelier offered to buy the bottle off of us...but I digress.
