Had a great half day cooking lesson and market tour in Hoi An. Learned how to make many things including our own rice paper! Met some wonderful people from the US (Alaska) and the UK. we highly recommend The Red Bridge Cooking School, for $16 it was a bargain and one of the best things we did while in Vietnam! P.S. we did buy some cooking tools in the market, really pourly made product after further inspection, not worth the hassle of carrying on a plane!
